702 So.2d 272, 22 Fla. L. Weekly D2770
District Court of Appeal of Florida,
First District.
Jimmy MOORE, Appellant,
v.
STATE of Florida, Appellee.
No. 96-1099.
Dec. 8, 1997.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Leon County; L. Ralph Smith, Judge.
*273 James C. Banks, Special Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.
Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General; Daniel A. David, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.
We affirm appellant's convictions. The State confesses error as to the sentence regarding credit for time appellant served. Appellant is entitled to credit for time he spent in jail, if any, after his prior sentence expired. We remand for this determination. We affirm in all other respects.

ERVIN, KAHN and BENTON, JJ., concur.
